The confirmation email has not arrived.
Please check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, contact us (include the email address you signed up with).
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen to get a reset email. If you sign in with Google, you do not need a password.
I want to change my email address.
You can change it under "Account" in Settings.
I want to close my account.
You can close it at the bottom of "Account" in Settings. Closing deletes your work immediately, so we recommend exporting it from "Data" first.
Does it cost anything?
It is free during the invitation period. We plan to offer paid plans later.
What are credits?
Points used when AI generates text or images. Paid plans receive them every month, and you can buy more when you run short.
Do monthly credits carry over?
No. They are replaced at the next grant. Credits you buy separately are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
I want to cancel.
You can cancel any time from "Payment method and billing history" under "Plan and usage" in Settings. You can keep using the service until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital service, we do not offer refunds after payment (including pro-rated refunds). See the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice for details.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From "Data" in Settings you can download all your work as a zip.
Who owns my work?
You do. See the Terms of Service for details.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. You can do every step by hand.
Generation failed. Do I lose credits?
If nothing was generated, the credits are returned. If it stopped partway, the cost actually incurred may be deducted. For failures on our side, contact us and we will return the equivalent amount.
It says "AI features are suspended".
AI features on your account have been suspended by the operator. Please contact us.
Can I use it on my phone?
You can read and edit text on a phone. We recommend a PC or tablet for storyboards and drawing.
